1 General Introduction and Applicability

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To open an account on 355bet and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration or use of an account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address, they will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The full name, date of birth, address and mobile number provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or misleading information will cause account verification to fail and may block withdrawals.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Your account login details are strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for keeping your password private and not sharing it with anyone. 355bet will not be held responsible for any activity carried out on your account by another person.

3.2 KYC Verification

For security purposes, 355bet may at any time request a copy of your national ID card, passport or other photo ID. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process will not proceed.

3.3 Updating Information

If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number or banking information — notify 355bet support promptly. The platform will not be responsible for any delays in transactions caused by outdated information.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 355bet is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Customers can deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. If KYC verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be put on hold. 355bet will only allow withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and a total of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses may only be used to play games on the 355bet platform. If the same bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed. Bonuses are cancelled if their validity period or wagering requirements are not met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, 355bet's specific policy on refunding that bet will apply. Multiple bets on the same match are allowed, but in a multi-bet all selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is void.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds or may be cancelled. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will not be considered valid.

10 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact 355bet support. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed, and the balance must be withdrawn through a verified withdrawal method.

11 Limitation of Liability

355bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. 355bet will not be fully liable for losses caused by technical outages, internet connectivity issues or third-party software faults. However, we always work to resolve any technical issues promptly.

Game outcomes are entirely random and 355bet does not guarantee any specific win or return. All games are operated through legitimate and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact
